Lilayi Lodge can handle anything - and if you deal with us you know it will be good! We are very competitive with other venues and will bend over backwards to ensure your function is just as you want it. We can cater for weddings, receptions, birthday's and any other special occasions for up to 250 people.

Two facilities are available for large and small conferences for up to 120 people provided either on a residential or non-residential basis.

The Boardroom

The boardroom offers a quiet, private venue for smaller meetings, for a maximum of 30 people.

Boardroom hire – day delegate rates:     

Quotation for rates available on request and are inclusive of boardroom hire, tea and coffee, lunch, overhead projector, flip chart, paper, pens, service charge and VAT.

Additional multimedia equipment is available for hire. Rates are available on request.

Conference Centre

Modern conference centre boasts a state of the art multimedia centre including digital projector as well as all the usual conference accessories. A conference secretarial office is also available adjacent to the conference centre with modern photocopy and computer facilities.

Parties & Weddings and other Functions

The conference centre allows us to cater for larger functions such as weddings, cocktail parties, product launches and dinner dances. Weather permitting – outdoor functions are extremely popular and lend themselves well to the warm Zambian climate.
