The following rates are in US Dollars...they are payable in Zambian Kwacha at the relevant rate of exchange on the day of payment.

2007/2008

• Bed & Breakfast rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and a game drive or guided walk, service charge & VAT.  Dinner, Bed & Breakfast includes these as well dinner.     

• Full Board rates include accommodation, all meals, return airport transfers, game viewing activities, service charge & VAT and are only applicable for 2 or more nights consecutive stay. 

*Please note accommodation & breakfast for children under 12 is complimentary – other meals and transfers are extra.

• Horseback Safaris (by arrangement) are US$ 25 per hour or US$ 40 for 2 hours.
   

• Transfers and car hire can be arranged and charged to the room account.  All charges including extras such as beverages, laundry, telephone and other meals not included to be paid on check out. 
   

• Payment for accommodation, drinks, meals and other extras can be made in Zambian Kwacha, US Dollars, GB Pounds or SA Rands at the ruling Exchange Rate on the date of payment.  We also accept Visa, and Mastercard subject to receiving an authorization code from Card Centre.  Exchange rates are subject to change without notice according to the ruling Exchange Rate.

Cancellations Policy

• 8 to 14 days prior to arrival - 25% Cancellation Fee.

• 3 to 7 days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellation Fee.

• Up to 2 Days prior to arrival - 100% Cancellation Fee.
